I have a neighbor who has installed a large "rainbow" playset in her front yard. It's an eyesore, is often unsupervised, and an accident waiting to happen. Any thoughts on how to contact the city and see if they can force removal because of attractive nuisance?

Of course it's an eyesore and belongs in the back yard. It may be against ordinance in the city or township but for sure it's a lawsuit waiting to happen if some neighbor kid gets hurt while playing unsupervised.
